The Daring Way™ Group
This 6 week group is based on The Daring Way™ program, a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. Topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness will be explored. We will examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that hold us back from living a wholehearted, authentic life. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
